So this website has been collecting cobwebs over the years, with me forgetting to update it.

It doesn’t help that I fell out of making my own music as a hobby, and sadly, haven’t managed to get back into it much outside of some paid work.

So, moving forward, I think it will be fun to use this site more like an actual blog. I will still release any music I work on through my “net label”, but I will also begin to share other hobbies here, mainly including my gaming videos that I edit and painting and modelling projects I work on.

Hobby Update – Kings of War Empire of Dust

I am looking forward to the game of Kings of War coming up at the wargaming club I attend next Sunday. This will be the third game of Kings of War 3rd Edition, and probably the last for a while because Mantic are releasing 4th edition this year, with the starter sets due to be released next month. I am very excited for this and hopefully can get one on release. Here are some Empire of Dust models I have been working on, I hope I can get them finished in time for the game!

Skeleton Spearmen: Also almost finished, although I need to touch up the cloth on the banner where I missed a couple spots. The banner arm is also a Tomb Kings part.
Skeleton Spearmen: A couple of spearmen from the front rank of my Regiment. The comically oversized trumpet is a Tomb Kings musician arm i bought online. Almost finished, just need basing now.
Bone Giant: Got this cool resin print, designed by Crab Miniatures. Still got some highlights to do before I base him.
Ahmunite Pharoh: This resin miniature was included in the 3rd Edition Sands of Ahmun Starter set, which was my introduction to Kings of War. I had fun painting him up. The fire was a little tricky and hopefully I can do better with more practice, but I am still happy with how he looks. Just need to base him.

Music update.

Music wise I have began work on the soundtrack for The Bones We Bury – Chapter 3, A fun ongoing client project. I have finished the draft for the first scene, going to start the draft for scene 2 tomorrow.

The Bones We Bury is a fan made audio drama series set in the Warhammer 40k Universe. It follows Kill Team 9, a group of fresh Novitiates, as they go through trials and tribulations on their path to becoming full Battle Sisters.

The series is written and produced by Rei Berry and has been good fun to work on so far. You can check it out on YouTube.
